Combine two classic agricultural names in one collectible with this 1/16 Oliver 770 tractor fitted with a New Idea 504 loader, produced for the 2008 World Pork Expo. The distinctive loader-equipped configuration brings an everyday livestock-farm task to life, while the commemorative event association adds interest for Oliver and farm show collectors. With its traditional Oliver green styling, narrow tractor profile and prominent loader arms, this SpecCast release makes an engaging display alongside feed wagons, livestock buildings and vintage implements.
Oliver introduced the 770 in the late 1950s as part of its modernized tractor lineup. The tractor offered farmers a versatile six-cylinder powerplant and a practical platform for planting, cultivating, haymaking and livestock chores. Oliver 770 tractors could be paired with front loaders to handle manure, feed, bedding, gravel and other farm materials. New Idea was a well-known American agricultural equipment manufacturer whose loaders and other implements were commonly used on livestock farms. The 2008 World Pork Expo designation identifies the collectible event release; it is not a separate historical production model of the full-size Oliver tractor.
