The Big Bud 16V-747 was custom built in 1977 in Havre, Montana, for the Rossi Brothers of California to perform deep ripping on large cotton fields. Powered by a Detroit Diesel 16-cylinder engine, it originally produced around 900-960 horsepower and later exceeded 1,100 horsepower after upgrades. Only one was ever built, making it one of the rarest and most recognizable tractors in history.
