The Minneapolis-Moline G-1355 was produced from 1972 through 1974 as one of the company's large, high-powered agricultural tractors. Built in Charles City, Iowa, it was designed to handle demanding fieldwork, including tillage and pulling large farm implements. The G-1355 featured a 9.6-liter, six-cylinder diesel engine and delivered approximately 142 PTO horsepower, providing substantial power for its era. It combined Minneapolis-Moline engineering with drivetrain components associated with the Oliver tractor line. The G-1355 represented the final years of Minneapolis-Moline's independent tractor heritage before the brand became part of the expanding White farm equipment organization. Its size, power, and distinctive yellow styling continue to make it a memorable tractor among vintage farm equipment collectors.
