Real Life Machine
The Case 1070 was produced from 1970 to 1978 as part of Case's 70 Series. Designed for demanding row-crop and general farm work, the 1070 used a turbocharged 451-cubic-inch six-cylinder diesel producing about 107 PTO horsepower. It featured Case's Power-Shift transmission, allowing operators to change speeds under load. The 1070 became popular for its straightforward design, strong pulling ability and versatility in field operations.
